Al Saffa:
An international, 24-hour restaurant offering both buffet and à la carte menus; an ideal place for a quick bite or a lingering meal. Located adjacent to the hotel Lobby.

Summer Place:
A sophisticated fine dining restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine. Elegant rosewood decor; spacious but warm and inviting. Specialities include iceberg lettuce wrapped with a wonderful mixture of chicken and water chestnuts, which is then dipped into a plum sauce.

The Oak Room:

Don Corleone:

Fish Bazaar:
This delightful, Thai seafood marketplace restaurant conjures up a fabulous dining experience that is great fun for the whole family. How it works is you take a shopping basket and choose your selection of fish and vegetables from the large display, then select the style of cooking you prefer. Your food is then prepared in the open kitchen by traditional Thai chefs and served at your table.

Shahjahan:
The Indian restaurant brings alive the uniquely rich culinary heritage of India, with a special spotlight on Mughlai cooking - the cuisine of royalty. Shahjahan is a true passage to the exotic tastes of the East, with a range of flavours, intense and subtle, that epitomise this special cuisine.

Miwako Japanese Lounge:
An enchanting, intimate Japanese restaurant that offers a relaxing atmosphere to dine in, with plush velvet sofas, conventional dining tables and a sushi bar where you can watch your food being prepared in front of you. There is a wide variety of sushi, sashimi and tempura, complemented with sake; it is the place to be for traditional Japanese cuisine.

Rattle Snake (Bar and Restaurant):
A lively restaurant and late-night bar, open until 3:00 am, where the decor is American western, with live entertainment by an eight-piece band. Whether you have been working or shopping all day, this is a great place to come and unwind. It is a casual venue so jeans and shirts are welcome.

The Red Lion:
One of the oldest British pubs in Dubai offers an informal yet traditional pub atmosphere, with a great selection of beers on tap and typical 'pub grub' in a relaxing environment. Various sporting events can be seen on the big screen TV, and the beer garden is a favourite hangout for barbecue lovers.

Fusion Square:
A stylish outside dining and wining area, which encompasses a range of outlets: Don Corleone, where the cuisine is distinctively Italian, Rattle Snake, with a Tex-Mex oriented menu, and The Red Lion, which offers a host of British favourites.
